After leading three very diverse international associations as CEO and working in the corporate arena for over 20 years, I have become passionate about using my real life experience and insights to help other leaders and organizations understand their roles, confront their unique challenges and take ownership of their future.

 

 

I believe that empowerment is the act of assisting leaders in becoming more capable, more focused and more confident in their roles as they navigate change and manage the challenges and concerns of today's fast paced environment.
